Terms of Service

REVS Property is an Australian private property listing platform that allows owners to list their properties for sale or rent on major portals (including realestate.com.au and Domain) via automated integration, while offering optional low-commission agent consultation and concierge services.

REVS Property was founded by a qualified and licensed real estate agent. Where you engage our agent consultation, concierge, appraisal or negotiations services, those services are provided under the supervision of a licensed real estate professional, in accordance with applicable Australian property and consumer law. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial or taxation advice, and you should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions about your property or transaction.

• To use most features of the Service you must register an account and provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we consider fraudulent, unlawful or harmful.

• You may create listings to advertise your property for sale or rent. You must be the owner or an authorised representative of the owner with the right to list the property.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of all information and images you submit, including the property address, description, price, features and contact details.
• You must not submit misleading, deceptive, false or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of any third party (including copyright in photographs).
• Listings are subject to review and approval by us before they are published. We may reject, edit, remove or decline to publish any listing at our discretion, including where we believe it breaches these Terms or the policies of a third-party portal.
• When you choose to publish to a third-party portal (such as realestate.com.au or Domain), your listing is submitted to that portal and becomes subject to that portal's own terms of use and listing policies. We are not responsible for the acceptance, display, removal or performance of your listing on any third-party portal.
• You remain responsible for all enquiries, offers, negotiations and communications relating to your listing, and for complying with your legal obligations as a seller or landlord.

The Service offers flat-fee listing packages and a range of optional paid add-ons and services, which may include (without limitation):

• Property listing packages - flat-fee listing creation and portal publication.
• Premium Photo Signboard - physical signboard production (courier freight invoiced separately after a quote is confirmed).
• Professional Copywriting, Floorplan and Printed Brochures.
• Paid Social Media Advertising (standard and luxury tiers).
• Concierge Service - a guided listing-preparation service.
• Negotiations Service - optional professional negotiation support for offers.
• Agent consultation, appraisal and consultation booking - optional services provided by or under the supervision of our licensed agent.

The scope, pricing and inclusions of each product are as described on the relevant page at the time you purchase. We may change, add or discontinue products and pricing at any time without notice, subject to any products or services you have already paid for.

• Payments for listings, add-ons and services are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are collected directly by Stripe and we do not see or store your full card information.
• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where required.
• Refunds and cancellations are assessed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
• For the Premium Photo Signboard, the board fee is charged at checkout and courier freight is invoiced separately after a delivery quote is confirmed; freight must be paid before dispatch.
• Delivery timeframes for physical products (including For Sale signs, Open House signs, Premium Photo Signboards, printed brochures and floorplans) are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Discount or affiliate codes, where offered, are subject to the terms displayed with the code and may be withdrawn or limited at our discretion.
• If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

• You may browse listings and contact listing owners using the enquiry and offer features provided.
• You agree to use these features in good faith and not to harass, mislead or spam listing owners or other users.
• We are not a party to any sale, lease or negotiation between you and a listing owner, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of other users, or the outcome of any transaction.
• Any negotiation service you request is an optional support service and does not constitute us acting as your agent unless expressly agreed in writing.

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations and conditions relating to the Service.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that listings will be accepted by, or perform in a particular way on, any third-party portal.
• You acknowledge that property transactions carry inherent risks and that market conditions, valuations and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim (or, where no fee was paid, to AUD $100).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, employees, agents and the licensed agent principal harmless from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your listings or content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

• You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as listing details and photos) and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service and publishing listings to third-party portals.
• You warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• The REVS Property name, logo, website design and platform materials are owned by us and may not be used without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. We encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
