What You Pay
The REVS agent service has two separate components.
Upfront Listing Fee
You pay the standard REVS listing fee of $849 upfront for advertising your property on both major property portals.
Agreed Lower Agent Commission
The agreed lower REVS agent commission is paid on settlement.
The $849 listing fee is separate from the agent commission. The $849 is not commission and does not include the agent commission.
Your REVS Agent Service
You are choosing to have a licensed REVS real estate agent handle the sale rather than managing the sale entirely yourself.
The commission comparison is based only on the percentage commission quoted by the other agent. REVS does not state or imply that it beats another agent's total selling costs.
